After my second child was born I just couldn’t get the extra 20 lbs of baby weight off and I tried everything from trainers, to slim fast. I accidentally stopped Joe at the gym (bumped into him at the weight bench) and asked for some pointers, and he was going to put me with one of his staff trainers, he was the fitness manager at the time. Fortunately, he decided that he was “up for the challenge” and began training me 1 day a week. WOW!!! Within a few weeks I started to see a difference in my body, my energy, and just my overall confidence! I convinced my husband to let me train twice a week, and I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life! I am strong, healthy, and l have no problem wearing a bikini after having two kids, and being 48! It has been 5 years now, and he STILL manages to challenge me during our workouts! I always tell everyone that “Joe is the BEST accidental trainer EVER”! I have never found anyone who can make a workout so worth while and fun! Here’s to many more years of feeling strong, confident, and ALWAYS ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH MY CRAZY KIDS!!!
